Will install large lined berm at bottom of road to direct all runoff into the retention pond. Pond overflow to be capped and pond level monitored.

Additional lot soil roughening and berms to be added on lots along Eyrie. Upper area should remain undisturbed other than some stormwater volume and velocity controls

RP had wattles installed around the disturbed area from recent utility work and will be hydroseeded.

Lots above Arrow Villa should not hold water close to the ridge above existing homes, but should allow water to flow towards the unfinished road for storage and infiltration there.

No violations observed, RP requested curbing crew to demand concrete truck drivers use lined washout facility for all washout activiities.

Site is mobilizing to install utiilities, complete Eyrie Way, and widen and complete Arrow Villa extension to Winter Camp to finish phase 10.

ESC corrections in progress, discussed with site RP who will notify operators and developer:
- install/improve lower and upper construction entrances with 50 ft min length and heavy duty rock. Sweep loose dust at entrances regularly to prevent windblow fugitive dust.
- ensure that water truck is onsite today to control fugitve dust as necessary along haul roads and on material stockpiles.
- post new ESC sign on both upper and lower entrance.

Other comments:
- all construction traffic that can safely enter site from the lower entrance or Arrow Crest should do so to avoid using Arrow Villa. Employees should park at bottom entrance, project managers should travel through construction site.
- Arrow Villa extension should remain closed to the public and other thru traffic until Eyrie Way is open.

Crews to begin pipe work and road widening of Arrow Villa. BMPs will be controlloing fugitive dust with water trucks and watching vehicle speed through site.

Site working on access plan for hauling and staging material, concern that trucks will not make it on Arrow Ridge or through site. Plan should be to complete lower section of pipe at the Eyrie Way entrance and install a rock construction entrance so trucks and materials can be routed through here.

Hillside vegetation is growing well, no immediate corrections, but there are some rills/channels that need to be filled and top of slope diversion berms should be fixed to prevent water from running down over disturbed slopes.

At time of inspection, corrective actions on the erosion on the slope at the bottom of the subdivsion above Eyrie Way entrance have not had any repairs or reinstallation of wattles. Site needs to install/improve berms and/or other controls at top of slope to prevent water from concentrating in existing rills down the slope.
- no corrections yet on erosion that occured on the terraced lots on north side of Eyrie Way
- Site will schedule pre-construction/ESC conference with Superior construction prior to their activation.

Walk through inspection with RP conducted 4/2 AM

No trackout or discharges leaving site. Perimeter BMPs are in good condition, stormwater retained onsite. No construction activity. Site is revegetating and waiting for good conditions for installing road and sewer. Rough grading is complete.

Corrections to work on over next 2-3 weeks:

- schedule crew to remove orange safety fence and poles on ridge above Arrow Villa Drive
- make plan to restore areas of slope erosion, in particular at the bottom of ridge at subdivision at Eyrie Way and at the slope above Winter Camp @ Eyrie. Check to see if water can be diverted or retained with berms at top of slope to avoid running down steep slopes, rake out rills, repair damaged wattles, install more slope interupting wattles, investigate option to reseed, tacity, or use ECBs for stabilization of steep slopes.
- runoff from pre-existing drainage basins and sheet flow from parcels caused erosion of terraces on N side of Eyrie Way. Need to re-work berms on terraces and consider stabilizing/diverting/retaining water that runs on lots from surrounding draws.
- schedule pre-construction meeting with Superior Construction prior to mobilizing for infrastructure installation. Discuss construction access and staging area location.

1030 site walk though to review next steps after grading.

Site access will be blocked off to prevent incidental track out and trespassing. If access is required, rock construciton entrances will be needed.

Earthwork is nearly complete, on minor work remaining. Slopes have been horizontally tracked, parcels have retention berms installed to allow water to infiltrate on lots rather than runoff.

Slope interupting wattles are to be installed on the north facing slope on south side of entrance at Eyrie Way. 3-4 sections of wattles installed along contour, trench 2-3 ", and staked every 5 ft. Slope wattles are also required at the top of the site on the northwest side of Eyrie Way and Winter Camp. After wattle installation, hydroseed application will be completed on all disturbed areas including parcels. Both of these steps are to be implemented before the end of the week of Nov. 12-16th.

Runoff control berms will be installed on roadways approximately every 150 feet to slow down and retain runoff.

RP Jill to inspect and add additional wattles along the graded ridge in a few areas where the berm is not clearly above the parcel grade.

No trackout, discharges or other violations. Concrete washout for phase #9 SFHs is installed within the phase #10 footprint

Report of landslide received. Incident reported via email on 9/15 PM.

Inspection conducted 9:15 AM Monday 9/17.

Earth work subcontractor L3 had a water truck working on Saturday morning 9/15 to soak water in on the area of planned excavation on Monday. Plan was to get ahead of fugitive dust and make the material more easy to grade/doze. Water truck driver did not observe equipment limits toward the edge of rim at got stuck in the mud while spraying water inadvertantly over the berm and down the slope towards Arrow Villa. Force of the water spray caused uprooted grass and mud to flow down a previous compacted area (equipement tracks from 2-3 years ago). The rockfall safety fence stopped a majority of mud and debris. Some water and mud did flow under the fence down to the toe of the slope depositing sediment in the pond. Does not appear any water flowed further into pond towards pond outlet.

Corrections:
- remove captured mud and debris and fix fence. Re-secure fence posts and staples on either side of where the mud is located. Rake out compacted mud channel.
- remove any stockpiles or pushed up dirt from edge of rim
- install temporary sediment control and slope interupting wattles on the eroded area. In 1-2 weeks the slope shall be tracked and hydroseeded. Requested that permission be obtained through ACHD.
- remove deposited sediment in the edge of pond area at bottom of slope (approximately 1/3 of a cubic yard)

- no further advance soaking into the ridge is allowed. Water trucks and other equipment are restricted from working or driving directly upon the edge. L3 is to delineate this restricted area. Water truck operator is no longer to work unless on L3 field supervisor is on duty.

- each day a safety meeting and onsite supervisor (Taylor or Adam with L3) shall walk the area of work and fence sections to inspect potential issues. Additionally the rim should be inspected at the end of each activie work day to make sure there is no ponding, low spots, or loose rock or clods that could potentially roll down hill.

- All grades (including temporary) on the rim shall be done in a way that directs & drains water away from the slope on the south side of the rim and towards the north to the valley area of phase 10.

No trackout, discharges, or fugitive dust leaving site. BMPs on perimeter are installed (stormdrain protection, silt fence). Construction entrance is currently closed for future utilitiy work. Minimal access allowed until heavy duty rock entrance can be re-installed. Crews park off the dirt up on Winter Camp.

Sediment basin and future stormwater pond has been excavated. Need to make sure the sides have been properly tracked (perpindicular to slope)

Now that stormwater pond is availalbe, next week we need to make sure any drainage from the south ridge goes to the pond rather than flowing to Eyrie Way.

No corrections for violations. Follow up next week.
