No activity. No SFHs in progress yet. Hillsides have slope interuption and sediment control wattles and areas have been hydroseeded last fall. No erosion issues or sediment runoff occuring. Site in currently in condition. BH #7 is in progress up above the site.

Hillsides in good condition. No significant or observable erosion rills or gullies. BMPs installed in areas of risk. No sediment blow outs or evidence of turbid dishcarges. No corrections at this time.

Boulder Heights in good condition. Sediment staying onsite, BMPs currenty effective. No issues. No construction activitiy. Will need to hydroseed open areas not slated for SFH construction to stabilize hillsides.

No activity. Hillside BMPs working well to keep sediment and topsoil in place. Sand on road is from winter safety applications. No corrections needed at this time.

BMPs and site grading practice has worked well to keep sediment and slopes stabile in BH#6. No BMP failures identified. No significant rills or gullies observed. Wattles and sediment trenches installed incrementally on slopes has helped considerably. Approved.

No discharges leaving the site. A series of BMP's (Straw and Composted Waddles) throughout project along with Drop Inlet Protection. No issues observed at this time

Landscaping crew access backyard of home through open area of BH#6 off Echo culdesac causing some trackout. Topsoil stockpiled adjacent to sidewalk,

Warning and request issued to onsite foreman of irrigation installation company to clean up mud clud and tracks on sidewalk and gutter. Also to sweep up and contain stockpile.

Project management is by Gossett Landscaping.

No sediment runoff from recent rainfall observed, or it has been cleaned. Hill slopes are currently free of significant erosion rills or gullys and wattle BMPs are installed and the hill was tracked/roughed to slow and contain runoff.

No corrections at this time, will investigate seperate home remodel contractor causing issues of Echo culdescac tomorrow AM.

Checked unvegetated and recently graded hillsides for erosion and sediment runoff. Hillside slope tracking, compaction, and placement of wattles seems to have contained sediment on site except in one small area.

Some maintenance and cleanup will be necessary but site BMPs performed well considering the intensity and duration of rainfall.

No activity in new phase of Boulder Heights. Roads, gutters, and utilities are complete.

Hillside that were graded have been properly tracked horizontally and temporary erosion control and sediment containment wattles have been installed. No rill or gully erosion observed. No loose sediment on hard surfaces. Approved.

Prepping for paving. No trackout out occuring at this time.

Clean up and additional sediment controls are being installed along slopes that have sheet flow that concentrates at Windsong. Sand and gravel from the prepped road base have migrated down hill. 2 sweepers and skidster are on site. Response has been proactive.

Walked the site, no significant hillside rills or gullies observed. Upper portion abutting existing homes did not have issues and sediment control wattle and buffer were effective.

Preparing for more rainfall this weekend.

No significant trackout at upper and lower entrances to new subdivision phase. Some dust due to unloading but not crossing property lines at time of inspection and no neighbor complaints received.

Will continue to monitor. No corrections issued at this time. Central Paving crews are onsite.

RP from JH Development reported a complaint he received regarding BMPs at Boulder Heights #6

Site is currently inactive and will be for the next 3-4 weeks, when Central Paving will return to complete work.

New BMPs installed include:
- J shaped sandbag sediment containment at Windsong and Birdsong
- Restricted entrance; using paved surface as stabilized entrance and closed Windsong at Birdsong
- Wattle was maintained at SE limit of disturbance to contain sheet flow sediment. No issues or breeches observed.

Corrections needed:
1. Install filter or manhole plugs to keep dirt out of sewer on Windsong entrance
2. Move stockpile away from manhole and street
3. Perform sweeping and cleaning of the sidewalk, street, and gutter on the paved portion of Windsong.
4. Pick up any litter on site
5. Install wattle above newly constructed drainage pipe outlet and rip rap to contain sediment from the distuberd area of the outlet.

Overall site is in good condition, no significant trash issues, no trackout, no fugitive dust occuring.

BH#5 in progress. Currently excavatiing and hauling dirt offsite. Construction entrance installed, permit and SWPPP on site. No trackout or discharges. Truck drivers moving slowly to keep dust down - no issues at time of inspection.
