No major issues at site. Some areas of dirt on sidewalks and gutters. No major esc issues.

BMPs installed. Slopes have vegetated. No issues observed.

Correction request to pick up trash along the Homestead Trail access and in pond. Trash is gone, surrounding hills and rip rap channel look good.

Foxgrove is really bad. From washout up lots of dirt on roads and sidewalks, dirt in gutters.

Steets have been swept, some runon off a few empty lots.
Foxgrove has load of hauled in backfill dumped on road and blocking it. Talked to contractor and they are moving it and said they will sweep. Also let Kyle know.

Most of site clean. One home making mess, seperate inspection done and RP notified.

No issues on phase. Some lots need the trash boxes cleaned and a little house keeping. No major ESC issues.

Middle section has water bars installed and an extended entrance. Gate is locked, end of sidewalk barricade with no tresspassing sign to be reinstalled. Wattle checks along entrance.
Crew on site changing DI bags.
Wind blown trash has been cleaned from IDFG property. Wattle, gravel bags, and boulders installed below end of rock drainage.
Gatorguard installed at gate that accesses Suez tank.
Wattles installed at bottom of steeper grades on Foxgrove.

Site BMPs are installed. No new slope erosion or other issues identified. Dry conditions, no runoff or discharges observed. No dust issues at time of inspection.

Correction requests

- make sure storm drain grates along Barber Drive hill with sediment protection are installed in correct direction to receive runoff.
- upper area (unfinished section at top) does not have any stabilization measures implemented and there are no stormwater volume and velocity controls. Concerned this is a source of potential erosion and runoff to subdivsion stormwater facilities.
- schedule site walk through and fall preparation with ESC inspectors.
- update project RPs listed (ie Andy Hoch/Rollo Bird no longer on project)

- install upslope erosion and water control BMPs to minimize amount of water running down rill at center of slope on Trapper bend.
- using shovels and hand held equimpment, fix rills below the Trapper rip rap and install TRM on steep slope . Maintain wattles or install check dams in drainage channel that leads down to Council Springs at the access road.
- maintain wattles and BMPs from the unfinished upper section at Barber and Trapper.
- check all DI bags for maintenance.

Corrections discussed with Syman Co and Hunter Homes stormwater team. Follow up in two weeks.

Lots of trackout and dirt on sidewalks throught site. Lot's of dirt in gutters, lower section seem worse. Trackout from washout where trucks miss stabalized rock. Area on upper trapper looks like concrete was dumped on road and scraped of, has cured some on street and sidewalk.

Lots of muddy runoff. Some trackout from excavator. New channel forming and flowing down hill up trapper. Excavator drove on street almost entire length of job. Pictures sent to Kyle.

No significant trackout, loose trash, new hillside erosion or other issues in subdivision. Construction entrances are installed on the upper staging area and at the new middle road access point.

Corrections needed:

- change out full sediment bags on Trapper, just up the block from Barber Drive

- fix sediment runoff from lot 2 block 1 at Barber
and Trapper

- check that when storm drain grates are reinstalled during BMP maintenance they are facing the correct way , with the angle of the grates opening up hill so that stormwater does not flow over grate.

No significant new slope erosion observed. No muddy trackout from homesites, most workers parking on the street. New construction rock entrances have been installed at the upper phase and for the concrete washouts.

Corrections needed:

- fix displaced wattles along Barber Drive walking path and drainage channel.

- fix sediment runoff from lot 2 block 1 at Barber
and Trapper

Met with Kyle on site.
Has crew sweeping streets and cleaning gutters. No excavators running in rain. Will keep crew cleaning, still some mud and trackout from subs driving on lots.

2 PM site walk through of corrections noted 10/10

Review ESC corrections noted on previous inspection with Hunter Homes and Syman Company personnel. Will address drainage erosion occuring along the back side of sub and install controls to prevent water running off Barber Road and eroding area between curn and drainage channel.

Rock check dams to be installed on upper section in borrow ditch along side the unpaved future road.

No major issues, no runoff from middle section.
Some trackout from a few homesites and from center section.

Subdivision BMPs installed. SFHs have individual ESC permits with BMPs implemented. Concrete washout bins with construction entrance are located on Hootowl. No work on next phase yet.

Note:
- need to install additional controls around stockpile and disturbed area at top of subdivsion. Will follow up on this on next inspection.

Subdivsion BMPs installed and in good condtion. Next inspection need to verify repairs and Council Spirngs fire access road.

Corrections completed from compliance conference requests on 5/17:

- DI bags have been changed out and grates placed correct direction. Reminder to cut down upper side of fabric to allow entrance into drain. All inlets at bottom of hill will have the DI bags removed to prevent clogging and discharge off site. If a muddy event occurs the sump & interceptor will need cleaning.

- HHS has scheduled SFH site preparation inspections weekly as requested. Notified Les that this should continue every week there are new homes started.

- sedimentation basin and improved construction entrance have been installed on the top section @ Barber & Trapper.

- streets are clean and weekly street sweeping has occured. Some areas with landscaping dirt on road. Request that they sweep up dirt rather than rinse down the road. Any remaining dirt will be captured by the weekly street sweeping.

- two concrete washout bins with construction entrance on Hootowl.

Corrections that are not yet complete:

- fix rip rap channel to Council Springs Creek. Will fix channel lining and stabilize/armor sides to prevent further erosion and widening of channel.

- need to rake out rills/channels on area between rip rap channel and road going up to the subdivision. This should also be tracked or have tacifier and/or additional wattles or water bars to direct sheet flow into the the channel. Wattles have already been installed to try and prevent run-on to this spot from the road and sidewalk.

3 PM w/ HHS and Syman

Site compliance conference with project managers.

Corrections:
- check that all DI bags and storm drain grates are properly installed and allow runoff to enter the filter bag

- fix rip rap channel to Council Springs Creek. Will fix channel lining and stabilize/armor sides to prevent further erosion and widening of channel.

- fix eroded area between Barber Drive and rip rap channel on way up to Hootowl. Will prevent runon from high flows in gutter, track area and stabilze.
- HHS will schedule SFH site preparation inspections once per week at a minimum with ESC division.

- Install sedimentation basin and improved construction entrance on the upper excavation and unfinished area at top of Barber Drive.

- properly trench in and overlap ends at all wattle installation.

- streets to be swept at minimum of once per week as well as regular trash pick up.

HHS and Syman have started on corrections. Will follow up on channel repairs and DI bag installations on Thursday 5/24

Significant sediment runoff to streets and gutters through out Harris North

- settled dirt on Barber Dr. @ Harris Ranch Road needs to be cleaned up and DI bags changed out. The two hill-side parcels along Barber at entrance have some erosion occuring. Perimeter sediment controls are needed. Sweep Harris Ranch Road all the way to Timbersaw Dr.

- Runoff down Barber Dr. before reaching Hootowl has created new parallel channel to the rip rap channel. Appears water in gutter is jumping sidewalk apron and eroding new channel. Water bars walking path should also be used.

- Trackout from top of hill site where earth is being excated for Wolf Tree Square and runoff from this area are sources of muddy runoff. Need better entrance, a retention area or better check dams. Change DI bags down gradient from this point.

- NE lot on corner of Trapper and Barber needs perimeter wattles

- sloped lots on back side of Barber have sediment runoff coming from each of their entrances. Earthen berm or other sediment control should be installed.

- on fire access road, the runoff in the north rip rap channel is flowing out of the lined channel and causing erosion along the side of the channel just above the creek.

- new community pool needs new perimeter sediment controls and a construction entrance.(see also ESC17-01662)
