WIP on SFHs. Subdivision BMPs installed. Approved.

Most work noth of park center completed. All current phases have their own esc permit

WIP on 2 homesites. Entire site is clean. Any issues will be brought to the individual builders attention.

3 homes in progress, permitted seperately. Subdivision BMPs installed. No trackout or hillside erosion observed.

Recommend a neighborhood designated washout containment.

Wattle places on vacant lots to cotrol flow. Inlet protection in drains. 2 homes under construction, no new activity has begun. Some gaps in wattle on south west perimeter.

No subdivision activity. Storm drains have sediment protection. Lots and open areas are well vegetated. Frontage landscaping complete. No runoff /discharges from subdivsion.

Two new SFH excavations now in progress.

No new activity in subdivision. 1 new SFH appears to be in the review process and survey stakes have been laid out. Hillside vegetation is established, strom drain inlets have sediment protection.

No sign of activity. SWPPP inspections sate final stabalization. DIs still in place and clean.

Drainage system okay after rain event.

No construction activity for sub or for SFHs. Slopes are in good condition with vegetation growing. No sediment runoff observed, no rills or gullies.

No WIP. Soil is stable. Vegetation on slopes. Project ok.

No changes within subdivison site since prior inspection. Borrow ditch along Warm Springs has had rip rap rock installed.

Hillsides are vegetated and have wattles installed. SFH work is anticipated to begin this fall.

No activity, no SFH construction in Privada yet. Lots are for sale. All BMPs (DI bags, hillside wattles)are installed and in good condition. Disturbed slopes are in process of revegetating. No violations. SWPPP box on site.

No activity. Hillside slopes are in good conditions currently with wattles and perimeter controls. Some areas have revegetated well. DIs have sediment protection. No correction requests at this time.

Privada Estates retaining wall is now complete (ESC15-00965) along the front entrance and landscaping (tree plantings, bushes, and shrubs) is being installed.

The stormwater drainage system is installed and operational. Inlets have sediment bag protection. Wattles have been installed along edge of pavement as well and incrementally on longer slopes.

RP requested information regarding stabilization with hydroseed and was concerned seed would not be effective at this time. I recommended a hydromulch and extension on revegetation bond but will investigate further for requirements. Currently the sediment control is good, but the slopes should be winterized to prevent erosion.

No trackout or discharges occuring. WIP.

WIP on retaining walls at Privada Entrance. No trackout or discharges from site. Landscaping along Warm Springs will occur once walls are complete. No corrections at this time.

No DI bags installed on new strom drain within subdivision and some hillside erosion and sediment runoff to streets/gutters has occurred.

Corrections:
1. Clean up and sweep dirt that has deposited to the street and gutters.
2. Install DI bags on all new stormdrains
3. Need to install a wattle or silt fence BMP along the toe of slope above first road in Privada sub.

Silt fence BMP at toe of slope and edge of pavement/ACHD ROW has been replaced by a borrow ditch that will capture sediment runoff. The bank above the ditch is soon to be regraded and stabilized.

Next week paving and curbing will begin. No trackout issues so no need to restore construction entrance at this time. The site will be installing "Pave drain" tiles at entrance.

Site stormwater drainage infrastructure, diversion channels, catch basins, and retaining ponds are already installed. Landscaping around the perimeter will continue through May and June.

No fugitive dust, trackout, or other discharges from site. No corrections at this time.

Verbal correction to RP Lance to sweep up Warm Springs in front of project due to the recent utility work at the site.

No major trackout or erosion issues observed, but maintenance does need to be performed on the silt fence that has been removed in certain areas.

Lance stated silt fence repairs will begin tomorrow and sweeping will occur before the end of the week.

Check for proper BMP installation at Privada sub site. Inspection requested by Syman Co.

Silt fence perimeter is installed as indicated on ESC site map. Some areas of fence are tucked and trenched improperly - Syman will reinspect and fix as necessary.

SWPPP and permit are onsite. Advised RP Lance to make sure inspection forms and corrective action forms are available in the SWPPP binder onsite.

Pre-construction held in coordination with Public Works for construction associated with the rough grading permit for Privada Estates sub.

ESC BMPs are to be reinstalled as needed per SWPPP ESC site map by Syman Co. Advised contractors on fugitive dust control, SWPPP inspections, and posting appropriate signage for City of Boise ESC permit and project's Federal CGP.

Work is scheduled to begin next week.
