Swale overtopped and caused failure of the slope. Water and sediment discharged onto warm springs ave. RP sand bagging and filling breach. Plans to clean up sediment on warmsprings. Swale will need to be reconfigured to ensure the overflow is lower than the top elevation of the pond.
The private dirt road next to the subdivision is washing out not part of the subdivision so RP does not have responsibility for the road.

Strorm drains have filter bags installed, will need to check for maintenance as some are not draining properly. Slopes have been divet-tracked to create depression storage and others covered with bark to prevent rainfall coming in contact with sediment.

No corrections other than DI maintenance, RP Jeff noted a crew will be onsite next week doing BMP maintenance.

Privada Estates retaining wall is now complete (ESC15-00965) along the front entrance and landscaping (tree plantings, bushes, and shrubs) is being installed.

The stormwater drainage system is installed and operational. Inlets have sediment bag protection. Wattles have been installed along edge of pavement as well and incrementally on longer slopes.

RP requested information regarding stabilization with hydroseed and was concerned seed would not be effective at this time. I recommended a hydromulch and extension on revegetation bond but will investigate further for requirements. Currently the sediment control is good, but the slopes should be winterized to prevent erosion.

No trackout or discharges occuring. WIP.

Roads and gutters have been completed, the entranceway is in progress with installation of Pavedrain permeable pavers has been staged &prepped but not yet installed. RP Lance informed me that the bricks are defective and either a new shipment is coming or will find alternative product.

Silt fence BMP at toe of slope and edge of pavement/ACHD ROW has been replaced by a borrow ditch that will capture sediment runoff. The bank above the ditch is soon to be regraded and stabilized.

Next week paving and curbing will begin. No trackout issues so no need to restore construction entrance at this time. The site will be installing "Pave drain" tiles at entrance.

Site stormwater drainage infrastructure, diversion channels, catch basins, and retaining ponds are already installed. Landscaping around the perimeter will continue through May and June.

No fugitive dust, trackout, or other discharges from site. No corrections at this time.

Some hillside erosion rills on upper portion of site, no offsite discharge/sediment runoff, but will need to be re-graded, tracked, and stabilized.

Site is currently shut down for winter.

Silt fence is trenched in at toe of slope along Warm Springs and also blocks construction entrance. Further uphill 3 gravel check dams have been installed to slow down and settle runoff.

Pre-construction held in coordination with Public Works for construction associated with the rough grading permit for Privada Estates sub.

ESC BMPs are to be reinstalled as needed per SWPPP ESC site map by Syman Co. Advised contractors on fugitive dust control, SWPPP inspections, and posting appropriate signage for City of Boise ESC permit and project's Federal CGP.

Work is scheduled to begin next week.
