No immediate correction to address.

No WIP. Revegetation is taking place. Drainage channel coming down Arrowvilla that ends where the sidewalk begins has a highly eroded channel running through the middle of the channel. Dirt piles have been placed higher up in the channel in an attempt to slow the water. The combination of heavy duty wattles and hay bales are in place to contain the sediment run off and erosion from the channel. The hay bales and heavy duty wattles appear to be effective at keeping the sediment from entering the road and have a significant amount of sediment build up and will need to be cleaned out soon. The landslide has some revegetation occurring and does not appear to have increased in area.

There is WIP on SFHs on Goshawk. The concrete appears to have been emptied recently. No trackout. Trash is contained. DIs ok.

The site preparation on Goshawk requires corrections to the concrete washout and cleaning around the DIs on Goshawk and arrow villa. Left a message for developer RP (Jill Jenkins) requesting corrections to the DI bags and the concrete washout.
There are no changes to the slide area. The drainage channel is beginning to grow vegetation. There is an eroded channel through the middle of the drainage channel. There is no standing water on flat lots. DI protections are ok. Most require sweeping around the DIs due to sediment capture build up.
Corrections requested:
1.Clean sediment around DIs on Goshawk and arrow villa
2.Maintenance to concrete washout and refresh rocked entrance
3.Clean sediment around other DIs in subdivision

No discharges, no trackout to streets. Site is currently inactive. Storm drain inlets at Goshawk and Arrow Villa have had new sediment protection installed. Some clean up still remains.

Corrections to be worked on in preparation for spring:
- remove discarded BMPs and construction debris from site, including wind blown trash. Straw from wattles could potentially be salvaged for re-use as ground cover mulch for areas with no vegetation
- inspect and secure existing silt fence to stakes, remove collected silt and mud from behind fence.
- inspect all existing perimeter wattles and repair as necessary. Do not disturb existing vegetative buffers.
- prepare for SFH construction in Spring; re-install concrete washout and clean up existing area. Will need stabilized entrance or new location - portable washout containment or offsite disposal options should be considered

Hydro-seeeding subcontractor was approved to be onsite to apply seed to the slopes and shoulder areas in phase 8 & 9. Prior to VSI (seeding company) coming on site, the developer filled in some gullies in the slopes and bermed some lots to control runoff locations.
This recent grading work has not been formerly reviewed or detailed in a grading or SWPPP plan.

Requested that all work completed this week be documented on the new SWPPP map that is required to be submitted in order to remove the SWO.

No other work not related to repairing erosion or installing BMPs (this includes the hydroseeding) is to be allowed until SWO is formerly lifted.

It was observed that water is being pumped out of Stewart Gulch creek for use in hydroseeding truck. It is unclear if this is a common or prohibited practice. There was no damage in the creek area observed, the truck is parking on the street and filling up with a hose & pump system.

Plan is to allow dewatering off lots in EC #8 to allow for them to dry and be re-worked. Water will discharge into the new EC#8 pond. This pond is to be cleaned out and re-approved by ACHD (bond issued) so any sediment in the water will be caputured in the permanent stormwater facilities and then cleaned.

Once dewatered, perimeter BMPs will be installed correctly. Other corrections and actions are pending.
