Fugitve dust leaving site boundaries on DHE#14-15. Water truck on site but not being used in area where dust is. Hi-Grade subcontractor for CA said that was not their work areea but would do some dust control.



Correction request to CA for immediate dust control on the haul road being used by dump trucks.

3rd dust warning. Next warning will result in SWO/Special Investigation fee.

WIP on subdivsion grading and earth moving to raise the area that is within Warm Spring Creek flood plain. Observed significant amount of fugitive dust due to dump truck speeding on the haul road. Water truck is on site for dust control and when no hauling dust is under control.

Correction request:
- continue dust suppressing rounds with water truck, focus on stockpiles to be moved and the haul road.
- install rock construction entrance or continue with bi-weekly sweeping. CA Paving Jesse stated streets would be swept tonight.

No other violations observed, surrounding storm drains have sediment protection. Creek buffer being observed, no water flowing in creek at this time.
