Permit sign and SWPPP info onsite. Site has inspection report from 8/23. Sediment controls installed at east drainage. Construction entrance installed; water truck doing good job controlling dust from grading activities. Will request an evening crust application to prevent excessive wind blown dust in the evening.

- prepare runoff diversion to the vegetated and retention areas tor prevent runoff from flowing down Lancaster.

ESC permit sign and SWPPP posted on site. RP and developer attended walk through with the BMP installation foreman.

Silt fence installed along the west perimeter of to protect drainage area and contain sediment. On the southwest corner of site where there is a natural flow line/drainage into the existing residential homes, a J-hooked silt fence will be installed as well as wattles coming down slope to the right of the site entrance. L3 is to bring construction entrance rock when they begin grading tomorrow or Friday.

Approved for construction. Post grading inspection scheduled to check on additional BMPs or potential issues once land has been disturbed.
