Waterline crews flushing muddy water due to the sediment on street flowed down street during inspection. Flush water is allowed but requested to not direct water over dirty areas. Too much pressure to do on vegetated slopes. Request to remove storm drain sediment bag to prevent flow of water down Lancaster.

Recommended corrections to be discussed with developer and ESC installer

- divide drainage area on west side of Lancaster using water bars or earthen berms
- install silt fence J hook along the bottom of site in west side to prevent diverting runoff to neighbor.
- large rill has developed above the retaining wall. Install slope drain or direct water back to street instead of over slope
- Install addition hillside erosion controls at top of culdesac and along shared driveway to the view lots. Prevent water from channelling parallel to driveway and undercutting it.
- apply hydroseed with tacifier (reportedly scheduled for Monday 4/9)
- repair damaged silt fence along west side drainage area
- remove any unused BMPs (plastic for slope drain)

Corrections completed:
- street and sidewalks were cleaned
- new perimeter wattle installed on upper portion of Lancaster and culdesac.
- new silt fence installed at bottom of hill below portapot and on other side at stormwater retention area.
- DI bags changed out.

Hydroseeding-tacifier will occur next week.

Site did well to complete corrective actions promptly.

Crew on site installing curbing. Cement truck is driving on pit run causing tracking on site. Some sand on sidewalks. Road to lower section is close to paving.

Schedule update:

RP to order Syman Co. to install wattles on the left (west) side of road where sediment is running on to the sidewalk.

Next steps are to pave the access roads down into basin and also apply hydroseed on the disturbed slopes.

Most of site is stable and issue free after rain event. Some rilling on southwest side that is carrying sediment into the adjacent gulley and onto sidewalk. Called listed numbers for RP, one is wrong other doesn't have voicemail set up.

No new activity since sidewalks and paving of road.

Complaint about concrete washout. Was dumped up top between lots 6 & 7, no washout was used. Also appears truck was hosed of in gutter at entrance to site. Excessive trackout also in the work area.

Nampa Paving is prepping road for paving later this week. Excavator with vibrator parked on road, looks like there may be a slight hydraulic leak.

No significant evidence of excessive trackout or muddy discharge. No mud in gutters in front of homes as reported. Some sandy trackout does extend through the center of the road and around the concrete washout bin.

Corrections:
- street sweeper to visit Lancaster today or tomorrow.
- have crew with shovels and brooms clean up in the gutters where the new gutter will meet up with the old gutter. (due next week)
- empty concrete washout (due next week)

Site prepped for road and sidewalk installation. Workers placing forms for retaining wall. Big hole in drainage area has been filled in.

Nampa Paving onsite preping road for paving and curbing. Crews also working on retaining wall, stormwater and sewer installations within the basin on east side of site.

Some evidence of muddy runoff at the entrance, in particular on the west side. Water pooled in area before discharging to gutter. Much of the sediment appears to have been trapped by leaves in gutter. New material has been put down for the road work to prevent water from runnig off in this area.

Sweeper truck has been scheduled this afternoon due to trucks bringing in material to site.

Will follow up tomorrow.

Track utilities currently working on Lancaster road. Site has no construction entrance, trackout onto Lancaster. Perimeter BMPs intact. No muddy runoff going downhill.

check for track out clean up; reassess grading once L3 is offsite

Trackout has been swept, though some still remains and additional sweeping is necessary.

No extra rock installed as requested. Grading is complete. Next phase is retaining wall.

Permit sign and SWPPP info onsite. Site has inspection report from 8/23. Sediment controls installed at east drainage. Construction entrance installed; water truck doing good job controlling dust from grading activities. Will request an evening crust application to prevent excessive wind blown dust in the evening.

- prepare runoff diversion to the vegetated and retention areas tor prevent runoff from flowing down Lancaster.
