Correction:
- pick up wind blown trash and construction wrappings that have blown down Signal Rock and accumulated in the weeds along the south side of Warm Springs (river side). This trash pick up should occur regularly (1x week) because the wind whips down the hill and blows everything in that area.

Some erosion along the banks of the entrance blew out onto the intersection with Warm Springs and filled drop inlet with mud. Cleaning and maintenance crew was already working upon arrival - shoveling mud and dirt, emptying out inlet bags and sweeping. A street sweeper should come in later this after once the dirt has had time to dry.

I think sediment control wattles or silt fence should be installed at the entrance or else landscaping needs to be scheduled.
