Somerset #6 10 AM site preparation inspection & pre-construction conference
Pre-construction conference with engineers, plan designer, developer, and operator. BMPs to be installed in phases as the excavation works up the hill. Once initial grading is accomplished around the entrance, a construction entrance for trackout prevention will be installed. Perimeter wattles at the bottom of site will be installed this week prior to excavation. Plan is to preserve existing vegetation on parcels as much as possible.
