Clint noted only one more week of pouring and will sweep area regularly as alternative control. Agreed that for future Blackrock washouts they will provide stabilzed access.

Currently just the construction entrance and sign are installed. These BMPs will be sufficient during the excavation of the lead contaminated soils while the berm is still in place. The remaining BMPs will be installed before the grading and removal of the berm are allowed to begin.

No dewatering is anticipated. If dewatering is deemed necessary, a dewatering plan will need to be submitted and an inspection of the dewatering setup will be requested.
