Lucky Harris 13 subdivision now has Hunter Homes crews onsite working on the townhome "pods" - 6 units with a single access driveway off Pheasant Tail. There is some trackout on streets within the subdivision due to muddy conditions, but very little on Eckart and Warm Springs. Subdivsion DI's have filter bag inserts installed. Correction notice issued to sweep and shovel collected sediment and rocks from Lucky Harris at 11:30 AM. Scheduled onsite meeting with RP Chad Hamel at 1:30 PM.

Between the time of CN and meeting, Chad had Brown Construction laborers come and shovel the gutters and run their onsite sweeper (no vacuum). To follwo up Curtis Clean Sweep will be coming this afternoon with a vacuum for a deeper clean.

Beginning of next week Schmidt will turn over/scarify exisitng rock entrance which has filled in.

Response and corrective actions were prompt after initial requests this week were unfulfilled.
