Harris Crossing is in its final phases. Excavation for units at north end of sub along Greenbelt will start next week. Framing and interior work occuring on Caddis & Mill Station. SWPPP sign posted here.

Site is in good condition with no erosion or areas of sediment runoff. Perimeter is contained by combination of landscaping, preservation of existing vegetation, and installed of silt fence. A new section of silt fence has been installed to protect the Greenbelt path way from work on the east side of Caddis.

Lined concrete washout provided, trash containers are onsite, and storm drains have protection.

No violations, no correction requests at this time.

No construction activity currently in Harris Crossing - first round of townhomes are completed, the 6 southern most homes still have a few finishing touches and patio landscaping to be completed. Finaled out ESC permits for all townhomes on Pheasant Tail between 3###-####.

Homes in progress within Harris Crossing. No trackout, discharges, or fugitive dust. No sediment leaving development area and onsite stormdrains are protected.

Some of the perimeter BMPs need maintenance. Several sections of damaged silt fence need removal or repair. Empty or remove DI bags no longer needed. Requested to RP Chad send ESC crew to fix this week or next. No active erosion or sediment control issues.

Lucky Harris 13 subdivision streets and gutters are clean and stormdrain inlets have sediment capture bags. Work on homes is now underway and work is staying within confines of area of disturbance and perimeter BMPs are in place.

Corrections:
1. Repair section of downed silt fence
2. Install inlet protection on the stormdrains on the shared driveways (or provide alternative BMP)

Some standing water on lots, but no discharge occuring at time of inspection

No discharges offsite and no trackout beyond subdivision.

The streets within Lucky Harris 13 has lots of trackout from heavy vehicle unloading and no stabilized entrances in higher use areas.

Corrections:
1. Clean up loose sediment and dirt/ mud clods as conditions allow.
2. Designate staging area for landscaping materials and other sub developement work.
3. Train contractors to prevent trackout as much as possible.

Hunter Homes needs to come up with plan to mitigate this trackout to prevent sediment from leaving site and damaging drainage system.

Section of Greenbelt through subdivision is submerged. This is due to the fact rain came during landscaping operations and prior to installation of area drains for that area. Hunter Homes RP Chad stated landscaping will be finished once conditions allow and that the water will be removed via pump and hose and land applied or directed to Lucky Harris sub private onsite drainage system.

No discharges offsite or trackout off site observed, some within interior of sub due to ongoing/interupted landscaping.

Will continue to monitor. PW coming to inspect drainage design.

Lucky Harris 13 streets, curbs and sidewalks have been installed. Stockpile and disturbed earth at south end of site has sediment perimeter BMPs installed. The new drop inlets within the subdivision have filter bag protection.

Some survey and electrical utility crews on site, but no major activity. No corrections at this time, site looks good considering the recent precipitation. Approved.

Inspection performed earlier today. Site is in good shape with no ESC issues at this time

Follow up inspection:

Surrounding gutters and DI at Eckart and Arrow Junction has been cleaned and the filter bag emptied and reinstalled.

No new trackout from Ranch Market construction entrance.

Lucky Harris 13 is in progress as well as the Eckart Greenbelt path (ESC14-00885) to the south of site. No trackout and water truck on site. Some dust related to construction vehicle movement, but not being stirred up by wind and crossing project boundaries.

Correction notice issued to sweep and shovel collected sediment and rocks from Lucky Harris at 11:30 AM. Scheduled onsite meeting with RP Chad Hamel at 1:30 PM.

Between the time of CN and meeting, Chad had Brown Construction laborers come and shovel the gutters and run their onsite sweeper (no vacuum). To follwo up Curtis Clean Sweep will be coming this afternoon with a vacuum for a deeper clean.

Beginning of next week Schmidt will turn over/scarify exisitng rock entrance which has filled in.

Response and corrective actions were prompt after initial requests this week were unfulfilled.

Will check conditions on Monday.

3 corrections required to be completed end of day Tuesday 8/19:

1. Sweep and remove rocks, gravel, and sediment around the intersection of Eckart and Arrow Junction.
2. Empty and replace drop inlet sediment filter bags on all stormdrains around site.
3. Maintain wattles on Eckart south of construction entrance.

Corrections required:

1. Increase use of water truck. Issued warning to RP Chad, the water truck was put in motion as I was leaving site.

2. Sweep east side of Eckart to remove rocks tracked out from construction entrance and sediment. Scoop up sediment trapped by wattle.

3. Refresh construction entrance with more rock, or turn over/scrape existing rock.

Corrections will be made before end of day per RP Chad. Will follow up tomorrow morning.

No activity at time of inspection. No trackout to Eckart, permit posted, silt fence perimeter in good condition. Fill and grading is complete, remaining stockpile has vegetated. No dust observed.

Lucky Harris subdivision development is currently in compliance. No trackout or significant sediment from site on Eckart. No dust issues observed or reported. Permit and SWPPP on site. The southwest border has proper perimeter controls and additonal stockpile control. Approved. No corrections at this time. Looks like they are near completion of the infill phase, raising the area elevation by 14'.

No sediment leaving site in form of fugitve dust - water truck is on site.

Some rock from construction entrance has been tracked out to Warm Springs. Will check tomorrow to see if daily sweeping corrects the issued, otherwise will put CN to clean streets and maintain construction entrance. Silt fence permiter in good condition.

The improved construction entrance has been effective in reducing trackout to Eckart. Some stockpiling/loading is in progress as well as some grubbing/grading in the NW corner of parcel. No corrections needed at this time.

Perimeter BMPs and stormwater facility protection is in good condition.

Correction notice posted:

1. Replenish construction entrance. Place geo-textile down to prevent mud from seeping up from pressure of dump trucks.
2. Install BMP on east side of Eckart to the south of the constrution entrance. Water and sediment flows to drainage ditch and river.
3. Continue daily sweeping as necessary.

Warner Construction improved their construction entrance as requested. It is now longer and has more rock. Trackout from previous week was swept up. No track out or other violations observed.

Project will begin over the next week and proceed in 100x100 ft phases.

Warner Construction stated a sweeper will be onsite to address trackout to Eckart.
