Site stormwater, landscaping, and construction of home on city parcel are complete. BLD permit has been finaled with conditions of the hillside drainage/stabilization bond satisfied PW.

ESC Responsible Person/GC will notify homeowner requirement to remove all temporary BMPs installed offsite (in Logan alley).this includes black silt fence and gator guard wattle. If the homeowner and neighbors choose to leave them through Spring, that is at their discretion. No further requests or ESC inspections

Site is vegetated and has stormwater drainage complete. No evidence on new runoff from site to the Logan alley.

Logan alley still has erosion issues. Temporary BMPs installed are preventing alley runoff from flowing to neighbors yards. To close permit, need to remove the temporary BMPs but permit holder does not want to be responsible for runoff from the alley if it causes issues.

RP to remove construction materials located at bottom of lot. Logan alley BMPs (silt fence/gatorguards) will remian till further resolution resolution on Logan alley and Shaw Mtn runoff.

Landscaping mostly done. Water is being directed down armored area into onsite retention.

Almost all sandbags along shaw mountain have been destroyed, just piles of sand now. No vegetation at all on lot. A few rows of gatorguard and section of silt fence on upper end, new lined channel made on site. Silt fence still installed on ACHD right of way.

Some landscaping has occured but is not yet complete. BMPs still installed to control flow of water from Shaw Mtn road, Logan alley, and from site.. No corrections requested.

RP-GC added additional sand bags along Shaw Mtn Road, installed wire back silt fence in two locations as well as the gator guard wattle that were dislodged by the concentrated flow. Homeowner had the St. Francis Woods apartment's parking lot cleaned.

Onsite confernece with ACHD stormwater quantity team to looks the runoff from the road. No final decision or solution was reached, more investigation needed.

Public Works will come to remove the lower section of orange silt fence and wattle once the yard is landscaped and has all onsite drainage swales constructed.

For temporary prevention of more flooding, a wire -backed silt fence will be installed across of Logan alley to direct runoff onto the lower section of parcel. Additional storage space will be added in this area to prevent flooding and continued flow to the south side of the alley.

ESC BMPs installed properly and working. No muddy runoff to neighboring lots observed after rain event. No trackout. HOme is now occupied, but has not been landscaped/stabilized.

Correction request to install concrete washout for a cement work. And to repair wattles that current crew is in process of destroying.

Sheet flow from Shaw Mtn crossing over disturbed area has caused issues.

Temporary controls on downhill side of Logan will remain installed till Spring. Road grade and stormwater mgmt for alley way runoff will be re-assessed at that time.

Roof top storm drains and driveway drain that connects to infiltration trech/swale will reduce stormwater volume as well as landscaping on uphill side of Logan alley.

For temporary ESC, RP will install silt fence along the lower corner to direct runoff to the flat pullout access at bottom of lot. Water will infiltrate here as well as run to the grassy areas.

road mix layed placed on Logan Alley row. Sandy material covers mud, but causing some sandy trackout. Need to check if this is permitted surface and additional controls to retain runoff on site and check sediment controls.

ACHD project Logan St sewer extension currently running through project. No ESC issues with duplex.

Hillside wattles and gator guard diversion on Logan alley ROW worked to trap sediment and divert flows to areas onsite instead of at bottom of hill.

Some muddy water still making it to bottom of Logan, should install and checks below final gatorguard.

No driveway or roof gutters installed yet. Logan alley ROW has two gator guard water bars that channel water to the lower landing area onsite.

Corrections needed:
- resecure damaged or relocated wattles on slope between home and Logan alley.
- re-install silt fence at bottom of installation so that it J-hooks to trap sediment and not allow water to flow off alley to yard below.
- plan to have gutters installed in September or ASAP to prevent runoff flowing over disturbed slopes.

Trash around site is picked up; permit sign is posted. Two gator gaurd wattles are installed across Logan ROW to direct water to north side of road away from homes on Floral.

Hillside wattles are staked, one section around the trash bin access should be re-staked and trenched at any time of inactivity or forecasted rain, RP-GC notified. No discharges or new erosion. Dry conditions.

Stormwater runoff from construction site and additional flows from Shaw Mtn. Road flowed down the Logan alley ROW and deposited some eroded sediment onto property at 1010 Floral

Correction request:
- begin clean and removal of sediment on grass and scrape bottom of Logan. Refresh construction entrance rock.
- street sweeping on Logan and Floral after mud dries
- install more durable wattle (gatorguard) that can be installed across Logan to direct any flow away from 1010 Floral to the grass area by Shaw Mtn Apartments.
- at lowest terraced staging area, a sandbag or other diversion/conveyance barrier will capture flow from above and send to the leveled area rather than down Logan.
- repair and re-install wattles where water passed under. Remove captured sediment.
- install tempory roof gutter system to send water to the seepage bed rather than flowing off roof to ground.

RP-GC onsite. Syman Company and other corrections must be started today. Notified ACHD that there is evidence of more flow from Shaw Mtn on the Logan ROW section.

No new erosion or sediment runoff observed.

Wattles are still not staked in areas, no changes to run on area from road.

Loose trash around lower dumpster area has been picked up.

Syman Co. to return to site to re-install sections of wattles that are not staked or trenched.

Co-inspection with ACHD ESC Inspector.

Corrections still in progress. Remaining corrections needed:

- re-install wattles properly. See ESC plan/IDEQ BMPs for construction details.

- if subcontractors need to access an area above the wattle, they must remove the wattle and then re-install rather than driving over them.

- pick up all loose lumber and trash around lower staging area.

- extend wattle sections in areas where runoff from the site could still flow to Logan in order to act as a perimeter sediment control, alternatively divert runoff to the onsite seepage bed if possible.

- excavator to dig retention area and or earthen berm along upper section or alternative solution to slow/divert runoff

- Recommendation to fill and compact the large gully off Shaw Mtn Rd. that directs water to site through the vegetated section by the tree. Block runoff access and install wattles or sand bags to direct water down the shoulder in less of a concentrated flow through the exposed area on your site.

Street sweeper to come this evening for cleaning up dried mud at bottom of hill @ Logan and Floral.

Syman crew has not yet arrived but is scheduled today to install more wattle and re-trench/backfill wattles. Additional sand bag check dams will be installed on the channel between home and Shaw Mountain.

runoff from site deposited mud in neighbors yard. RP-GC Dave reported it.

Rain from recently installed roof, Shaw Mtn Road sheet flow ran off site carrying mud into neighbors yard. GC working with homeowner to repair (landscaping is visiting site tomorrow).

Corrective actions:
- relocate trash box and pile of lumber that divert some flows toward neighbors yard.
- install wattles and/or check dams along channels. Intercept and slow roadway run-on, capture flow of roof top water, utilize existing ponding spots. Make sure wattles are trenched and backfilled/compacted
- clean up mud accumulated at bottom of hill. After initial mud clean street will need to be swept by end of day tomorrow
- clean up loose material around site.
- excavator to be on site for additional earthen berm and clean up.

GC working on getting crew and BMPs on site to start corrections today

Work on vertical construction. Workers parking off site. No dust or trackout.

Washout has been cleaned up. No new work on site.

Washout was dumped straight onto ground and left, needs to be cleaned and washout installed for future concrete work.

Concrete walls and foundation complete. No workers on site. No issues observed.

Entrance installed and in use. Foundation poured. No erosion issues at this time.

No signs of new work. Permit wasn't posted, I installed one. Everything staying on site.

Current access is off Logan street, which is gravel leading up to site. Excavator is to preserve vegetation below the foundation footprint . Once access to Shaw Mtn is establish a construction entrance will be installed. Excavator to clear flat parking/staging area below site on Logan.
