Retaining wall work and dirt removal/off haul in progress at North Hill sub. Existing pavement/asphalt has been preserved and a rock construction entrance/loading pad has been installed within site. No trackout or polluted runoff observed flowing from site to Hill Road. MS4 on Hill has sediment bags and gravel bag check dams.

Stockpile area at east end of site is contained by straw wattle weighed down by sandbag to trap any loose dirt that makes it to the pavement. No issues observed.

Approved, site is in ESC compliance.

WIP on retaining wall for townhome subdivision. Construction entrance installed within site at border of existing concrete and loading area. Wattles weighed secured around stockpile area at east end of project. Permits posted inside old nursery building window.

Site walk through for BMP installations for first phase 2 PM

Area of disturbance will be at back of property against the upper hill. Parking lot asphalt and stormwater drainage will remain unchanged. DI bag installed on the private drain in front of nursery building.

No inlet installed at the Hill Road MS4 due to icy conditions and multiple "mini-inlets" . Will observed conditions and install sandbag/gravel checkdam bags in gutter on both sides of the basin inlet.

Rock tracking pad will be installed within property on access road connecting the upper and lower terraces. Lower terrace to remain paved as long as possible. Rock is onsite and will be spread as soon as equipment is onsite.

Permit sign, EPA tracking # and site info will be posted inside the window of the nursery building.

Approved to start first phase of construction. Rock Placing Co. hopes to finish work before end of February and will be done simultaneously with excavation.

BMP installation will occur next week and inspection shall be requested by Angie, the site SWPPP inspector.

ESC site map is approved and was available for review. First phase will be installation of rear retaining wall.
