Work has begun on framing last building. Onsite dumpster is full. Area is clean.

Raining during inspection. Wattle has been run over to many times and needs to be replaced. Sediment is running off lots and onto road. Some trackout on west side of property.

Trackout from 11/29 never cleaned up. Washout into empty lot and ran onto Hill Terrace. Wattle has been ran over multiple times and needs to be replaced. Trackout from vacant lot next to current construction.

Corrections requested:
- continue sweep of loose dirt on Hill Terrace and main entrance to Hill Road.

- clean out DI bags within subdivsion.

Ron stated sweeping is occuring this weeked, will use skidster to pull out full DI bags. Stated he has ordered improved trash containers.

Individual permits for townhome 4-plexes & duplexes have been issued. Onsite walk-through inspection for Site Preparation requirements. No trackout to Hill Road, no muddy discharges from site observed

Onsite storm water system is installed, drop inlets on Hill Terrace have sediment bags installed and are in good condition. Workers parking on the pavement to prevent trackout.

Corrections in progress:
- sweeping 12/13
- install sediment trench along edge of pavement and between lots to capture dirt and water . This is alternate for wattles at at this time.
- provide trash containment bin(s) now that framing has started.
- make plan to have frequent sweeping and clean up along Hill Terrace.

Note: 8 site preps entered for the active units that are now permitted.

Developer to have landscape crew sweep subdivision apron, bike lane and sidewalk in front of site to do clean up after last week's landscaping.

Road was swept and DI bags installed. Awaiting new permits to be issued for further corrections to be acccomplished. No discharges or trackout.

Trackout was not swept, no DI bags on the new storm drains. No construction entrance or perimeter control.

Tracking and dirt everywhere

Andy inspected site earlier in the morning. Corrections have been made.

WIP on retaining wall for townhome subdivision. Construction entrance installed within site at border of existing concrete and loading area. Wattles weighed secured around stockpile area at east end of project. Permits posted inside old nursery building window.

No trackout, no discharges, no other violations observed. Approved.

Site walk through for BMP installations for first phase 2 PM

Area of disturbance will be at back of property against the upper hill. Parking lot asphalt and stormwater drainage will remain unchanged. DI bag installed on the private drain in front of nursery building.

No inlet installed at the Hill Road MS4 due to icy conditions and multiple "mini-inlets" . Will observed conditions and install sandbag/gravel checkdam bags in gutter on both sides of the basin inlet.

Rock tracking pad will be installed within property on access road connecting the upper and lower terraces. Lower terrace to remain paved as long as possible. Rock is onsite and will be spread as soon as equipment is onsite.

Permit sign, EPA tracking # and site info will be posted inside the window of the nursery building.

Approved to start first phase of construction. Rock Placing Co. hopes to finish work before end of February and will be done simultaneously with excavation.
