Entrance at Windsong and Galactic in good condition. Runoff for upper site is retained on site and BMPs installed at outlet.

Only muddy runoff source is at the east Trent Point entrance. Disturbed area from concrete washout installation, muddy equipment, and some trackout causing turbid discharge. Downstream inlet at bottom of hill does not have filter bag or mat due to location at low point and private driveway access & flooding issues.

Verbal correction to RP to clean up entrance better, install wattles on upper side of street and clean out accumulated materials in check dams.



RP on site and will work on clean up and installing perimeter controls around washout to prepare/ make corrective actions for next rainfall.

Staging area will be installed off Trent Point in flat area at east end of development. Rock construction entrance and perimeter silt fence to be installed this week as equipment is brought on site. Area will be used for parking, equipment fueling, and stockpiling. DIs down from entrance will need sediment filter bags. RP Eric to call when these initial BMPs are installed.

Rough grading to begin next week or early April. A temporary drainage basin/diversion trench will direct run-on to the existing drainage swale and BH#6 ponds.

Large rock stockpiles will be stored temporarily onsite. Oversize rocks to be broken down.

Plan is to have pipe and streets installed. Work allowed Mon-Sat 7 am- 7pm

Temporary stabilization and perimter sediment controls will be required for period after grading and road installation is completed and they hydroseeding to occur in November.

SWPPP onsite, designated inspector is Eric who will do inspections weekly. Approved.
