Phase II near completion. BMPs installed. No trash issues observed.

Trash along Barber Valley Dr. on south side of road has been picked up as requested.

No pickup conducted in vegetated swale area SW of phase 3 as requested. Showed RP where the trash was and stated he will have trash crew pickup today.

Trash crew (2 workers, 1 full time, 1 part time ) covers Park Place each day and also picks up in River Heights.

Phase 1 nearly complete. Area inside of courtyard is really dirty.

Significant amount trash along Barber Valley drive and open stockpile staging area to the west of the active phase.

Correction request to Braxton to have trash crew do a thourough pick up around the stockpiles, road/sidewalk, and drainage swale bordering the site.

Site is clean. Someone is driving over sidewalk and starting a garbage pile in staging area. Currently is frozen and no issue with trackout but will become a problem when ground thaws.

WIP on final units on west end of phase. No trackout, discharge, or uncontained trash. Concrete washout located to west of project, also used for new phase across the street. No corrections requested.

WIP on townhome. Site contained. No recent foundations or ground disturbance.

ESC walk-through inspection and compliance conference for construction activities related to Park Place and future construction and site improvement along both sides of Barber Valley Drive.

New permit application to cover construction activities in area that are currently not part of active permits. This new permit will inlcude the employee parking area for the Arboretum project, staging area for Brighton Homes excavated dirt and rock stockpiles, and the concrete washout and landscaping material stockpile area for Park Place

Corrections to be completed:
- install sediment control wattle along the Walling Creek walking path and sloped area disturbed by irrigation line project
- clean up uncontained washout next to the washout pan facility . Increase frequency of service calls to prevent overflowing and dumping. Post signs for no dumping etc.

New permit application to be submitted next week for review.

WIP on finishing lanscaping within the completed central phase as well as foundation and frames on the west end of project.

No trackout to Barber Valley, employee parking on pavement provided. Adequate trash containment. BMPs include designated washout facility and sediment filter bags on Park Place storm drains.

Park Place sub in progress. No development or infrastructure work remaining. Onsite inlets have filter bags installed. Individual units are permitted/inspected seperately. No trackout or fugitive dust. Large portable washout for cement trucks is located across the BV Drive.

RP for Brighton Homes to build a new onsite liquid washout for wall-board and paint. I also requested these sub-contractors be warned about washing out on driveways and gutters.

Correction issued to Brighton Homes regarding wall board material being washed out in gutter near stormdrain. Inlet bag to be replaced, material swept up, and training with culprit performed.

WIP. BMPs installed. Will schedule site final and Brighton Homes to assume control of BMP maintenance. Already have individual permits for townhomes. No corrections at this time.

Framing work occuring on fist phase townhomes. Brighton Homes RP Kyle is in control of supervising daily cleanup. No corrections or issues at this time.

Subcontractor crane leaked significant amount of fluid (hydraulic oil?) on Blue Ribbon.

Requested that soil spread around spill area be swept immediately and disposed of properly to not mix with the storm water from today's afternoon precipitaion.

Both Brighton Corp. & Brighton Homes are working on case. Kyle stated he will give crane operator a warning to bring spill prtection and cleanup materials. Company is AM Crane, which I was unable to contact.

Stormwater inlets have filter bags installed, trash and material containers are provided, no trackout or discharges observed.

Correction needed - new washout bin at west end of Thoroughbred does not have a liner so that is out of compliance with SWPPP to have "leak-proof" container. Washout just runs under the boards.

Need to clean up and install proper washout facility.

Request put into Brighton Homes as well

WIP on townhomes. DI bags installed, site perimeter of wattles and fencing is keeping sediment and debris from entering swale. Trash is contained, streets are relatively clean considering the activity.

New round of townhomes with seperate ESC about to begin, RP for Brighton Homes issued correction to provide new concrete washout and have site meeting with workers (stucco guys with bobcat tractors) to prevent trackout as site thaws.

WIP of multiple SFH's. No trackout of debris observed.

Street sweeping and housekeeping was conducted and has improved since issuing correction to sweep up cement/stucco fines in gutters as well pick up/contain litter & material wrappings on 11/12.

Brighton Homes and Brighton Co. responded to correction. No new violations, no corrections. WIP on townhomes and housekeeping sweeping should occur at end of each day.

Fuel Spill Complaint

*** Visited the site where complaintee stated he could smell fuels. I seen no evidence of a spill or illicit discharge of any kind. I contacted Daniel with Brighton and Erby and both are un-awhere of a spill. I believe it to have been irrigation water from watering the lawns. I did not detect any fuel smells. The pics where taken from the greenbelt (outside the chainlink fenced project area). Location is at the intersection of E. Front Runner and S. Homestretch. No issues observed

WIP on Park Place (MA Williams Park townhomes) at east end of development area. Site has perimeter chain link fence installed to contorl access and wind blown trash/material wrappings. SWPPP and permit information posted. Wattles installed at south side of project to protect drainage swale/wetland area

No trackout, storm drains have inlet bags installed, no spills or discharges observed. No concrete work currently but lined washout box is on site.

No corrections issued.

Vertical construction on townhomes in progress. No earthwork occuring. Townhomes covered individually by Brighton Homes. No fugitive dust, trackout, litter, or discharge issues observed.

Still need to install fencing along south side of project area to keep workers and trash out of swale.

Check that trash has been picked up.

Site perimeter fence is not up yet. Some litter was collected but swale still needs further clean up and a trash enclosure.. Notice given Brighton to continue clean up and install fence and trash container. Need to be in place by Wednesday.

BMPs installed and include lined washout bin, DI protection, and perimeter sediment control. Crews onsite working on foundations and plumbing for new townhomes. Trash is contained. WIP, no corrections needed currently.

Barber Valley townhomes (aka Park Place aka Marian Williams Park TH) Roads and curbs complete on first phase and all utilities for all 3 phase are complete. Security fence has been removed. No further dewatering to occur.

New phase/ESC site map update has been included in the SWPPP binder per RP Danial with Brighton Corp.

BMPs installed, no discharges, fugitive dust or other issues. Permit posted.

No active cement work currently, but washouts available for this project and sidewalk project.

Barber Station/MAWP townhome project is in progress. Site is still enclosed with security fencing and has perimeter wattles on the south side to protect the swale/wetland area in the park. Permit is posted, no trackout or discharges observed, no significant fugitve dust, and leakproof concrete washout bins are on site.

Roads, parking lot, and curbing are in progress. Utilites and sewer already installed. No further dewatering anticipated.

Barber Valley /Marian Willams Park townhome project is in progress. All sewer work is complete and no dewatering is in progress. Currently there is very little activity at site.

No trackout, permit posted, SWPPP and NOI at site.

Inspection conducted to check that dewatering operations are not discharging offsite.

Dewatering pumps have been moved to the east side of site where active trench is occuring. The 4 settling/infiltration ponds on the west end of site are currently full and water is being diverted into an alternate receiving pond that drains into a well head. No new water enter full ponds, and no water being discharged offsite and no system set up to discharge observed.

Some minor trackout, but no other violations observed. Will update Brighton RP on progress.

Approved.

Barber Valley townhome site is in progress including onsite utility/stormwater/sewer work and the off-site power line trench to the northwest of site.

No trackout from either locations, equipment is kept on site. No dewatering to offsite swale in park occuring until approval gained from Parks n Rec. Brighton RP notified to consider different options than discharging into swale. Currently the onsite dewatering mote and series of 4 settling/infiltration ponds have been constructed and are in use. The water in the 4 chamber is visibly clearer indicating treatment. No pipes or conveyance to swale has been installed and current capacity appears adequate.

No corrections at this time.
